How to propagate Peach blossom

Peach blossom is propagated mainly by grafting, and also uses sow, cutting and layering methods.

Peach blossom cutting propagation 

In spring, hard twig is used for cutting, and soft twig is used in plum rain season. Cuttings must grow strong and substantial. In order to prevent disease infection and promote rooting, the lower end of the cuttings should be cut with 600-1200 times solution of 50% carbendazim fungicide and quickly dip in indolebutyric acid 750-4500mg/L. The spacing of the cuttings was 4cm×30cm, and the cutting depth should be 2/3 of the length of the cuttings.

Peach blossom grafting propagation

The survival rate of branch grafting and bud grafting was higher than that of seedling (stock) of peach or peach.

Peach blossom sowing propagation
