Gardeners celebrate the start of the fall planting season each year. A lot of novice gardeners are unaware that almost anything you plant in the spring can also be planted in the fall. Plants that can tolerate light frosts, grow well in limited daylight, and thrive in temperate climates are best planted in the fall.
