Cynanchum auriculatum is found in India, Taiwan, and the provinces of Fujian, Hunan, Guangxi, Anhui, Jiangxi, Jiangsu, Xizang, Henan, Sichuan, Guizhou, Shandong, Shaanxi, Hubei, Yunnan, Gansu, Hebei, Zhejiang, and Guangdong.
